Cristiano Guttarolo

Cristiano Guttarolo is a renowned winemaker in Gioia del Colle, Bari. He took over his grandfather's farm in 2004 and started producing natural wines. Cristiano uses biodynamic methods and avoids copper and sulfur treatments to ensure his wines remain faithful to nature. The vineyards are grassed and the containers used are mainly amphoras. Cristiano cultivates white grapes such as Verdeca and Trebbiano, and reds including Primitivo, Negroamaro and Susumaniello. His dedication to natural winemaking has made him a symbol in the region. Cristiano's wines are true to their vintage and exclusive.

    All our growers use sustainable methods that are free from pesticides or any other harmful chemicals.

  • LOW SULFITES

    Conventional wines can contain up to 350 parts per million sulfites, while the amount allowed in Natural wines hovers around 20 PPMS (parts-per millions).

  • ADDITIVES FREE

    Commercial wineries can use up to 56 EU-approved additives (like toxic dimethyl dicarbonate) while our growers do not.
