🍷 : Sparkling

📍: Veneto, Italy

👃🏻: Scents of white peaches & elderflower

👅 : Pearly bubbles & refreshing acidity

🍴: Whitefish, mussels, oysters & sashimi

Marshmallow Pét-nat is a sparkling white wine made with 30% Durella and 70% Chardonnay. Fermented with indigenous yeast in stainless steel, it finishes fermenting in the bottle, resulting in pearly bubbles and refreshing acidity. Scents of white peaches and elderflower give way to a dry, mineral palate. Enjoy chilled and pair with whitefish, oysters, or roasted poultry. It also pairs well with popcorn.

Tenuta I'Armonia

In just over ten years, Andrea Pendin has put the small town of Vicenza, Veneto, on the map, with high-quality wine made in harmony with the environment. The small town between Verona and Padua is now a hot spot for organic farming and sustainable winemaking and is home to an enthusiastic community of young winemakers. Andrea founded Tenuta L’Armonia in 2010, and as part of Italy’s new generation of winemakers, sustainability is key to L’Armonia. The winemaker’s goal is to feature the region’s volcanic soils following biodynamic principles and making wine in a non-interventionist way and in complete harmony with the earth. Tenuta L’Armonia produces more than world-class wine; it is also a source of ancient wheat flour, olive oil and organic vegetables, all grown in the estate’s dark soils.
