Perhaps Marto’s most famous wine, Weiß or “white”, is a field blend made with the estate’s white grapes. It’s slightly cloudy, tropical and complex, but easy to drink. Naturally made with artisan methods and low intervention, the unfined and no filtered wine is just rebellious and fun, proper of the young winemaker, Martin Wörner. Enjoy with gilled fish, pork and roasted poultry.
