Delivery Restrictions

Our delivery service is not available for remote villages, rural countryside, non-permanent addresses, restricted areas, hotel guest rooms, airports, ports, marinas, and warehouses.


Undelivered Orders

If your delivery address is unattended, we'll follow the "Special Instruction" section at checkout. If we can't reach you via the provided phone number(s), goods will be returned to our warehouse. Additional fees may apply for redelivery or redirection of unsuccessful orders.


Damages or Issues

Please check your order when you receive it and contact us within 24 hours if there are any issues with it, such as if it's defective or damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We want to make things right for you, so please let us know as soon as possible.
