Broken Bottle?

We pack carefully, but accidents happen. If your wine arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours. We will make it right immediately.

Delivery Zones

We deliver to most residential and commercial addresses. Currently, we cannot deliver to remote villages, non-permanent addresses, or restricted areas.

Missed Delivery

If no one is home, we’ll follow your checkout instructions. If we can't reach you, goods may be returned to our warehouse (re-delivery fees may apply).
