1. Standard Shipping:

2. Same-day Express Delivery :

• Same-day delivery if you place your order before 1 pm.
• 6 bottles or more: FREE
• Less than < 6 bottles: HK$80 (HK Island) / HK$120 (Kowloon) / HK$180 (N.T.)

3. Delivery Restrictions:

• Our delivery service is not available for remote villages, rural countryside, non-permanent addresses, restricted areas, hotel guest rooms, airports, ports, marinas, and warehouses.

4. Undelivered Orders:

• If your delivery address is unattended, we will follow the instructions provided in the "Special Instruction" section during checkout.
• If we can't reach you using the provided telephone number(s), we will return the goods to our warehouse.
• Please note that redelivery or redirection of failed orders may incur additional charges.

5. Damages or Issues:

• Please check your order when you receive it and contact us within 24 hours if there are any issues with it, such as if it's defective or damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We want to make things right for you, so please let us know as soon as possible.
