Refund policy

Returns and Exchanges - Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns & exchanges on any items or gift cards.

Damages and issues - Please check your order when you receive it and contact us within 24 hours if there are any issues with it, such as if it's defective or damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We want to make things right for you, so please let us know as soon as possible.

Refunds - We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return of defective, damaged, or wrong-delivered items, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
