These Terms of Service apply when you access theearthwine.com or purchase products from THE EARTH WINE.

By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms together with our Privacy Policy, Returns & Refunds Policy and Delivery & Pickup Policy.

1. AGE REQUIREMENT

Alcohol may only be purchased by persons aged 18 or above.

By placing an order containing alcohol, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.

Alcohol must not be supplied to a person under 18. We and our delivery or pickup partners may request age verification where appropriate and may refuse to release an order where age requirements are not satisfied.

2. ORDERS

After you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including because of:

  • Product availability

  • Pricing or listing errors

  • Suspected fraud or unauthorised transactions

  • Failure to satisfy age requirements

  • Delivery restrictions

If we cancel an order after payment has been received, the relevant amount will be refunded.

3. PRICES & PAYMENT

Prices are shown in the currency applicable to the market selected on our website.

Prices, offers and product availability may change without notice.

You agree to provide accurate and complete billing, delivery and contact information when placing an order.

4. PRODUCTS & NATURAL WINE

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, vintages, images and other information on our website are accurate.

However, small variations may occur, including changes in vintage, label design or packaging.

Natural and low-intervention wines may also show bottle variation, sediment, cloudiness or natural carbonation depending on the wine. These characteristics do not automatically indicate a fault.

5. AVAILABILITY

Many of the wines we sell are made in small quantities.

Products are therefore subject to availability and may sell out without notice.

If an item becomes unavailable after you place an order, we will contact you and arrange an appropriate replacement, credit or refund.

6. DELIVERY & PICKUP

Delivery and self-pickup are subject to our Delivery & Pickup Policy.

You are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery information and for ensuring that an adult aged 18 or above is available to receive alcohol where required.

Delivery estimates are provided in good faith but may be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control.

7. RETURNS & REFUNDS

Returns, replacements and refunds are handled in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy.

8. WEBSITE USE

You may use our website only for lawful purposes.

You must not:

  • Interfere with the operation or security of the website

  • Attempt unauthorised access to our systems

  • Use the website for fraudulent or unlawful activity
