📍: Emilia Romagna, Italy
👃🏻: Apple, passion fruit, subtle hints of grape skin
👅 : Crisp, fresh, with a balanced acidity
🍴: Steamed fish with ginger & scallions, stir-fried clams
Bora Lunga is a vintage white wine made from Spergola and Moscato grapes grown in clay soils with a limited yield per plant. After three days of maceration with the grape skins, the wine is aged for a year in steel before bottling. With subtle hints of apple and passion fruit and a crisp, fresh finish, Bora Lunga pairs well with seafood such as grilled shrimp, ceviche, and seafood pasta dishes. It also complements light salads and vegetarian dishes.

Cinque Campi
Cinque Campi is a family-owned farm managed by Vanni Nizzoli located in the foothills of the Reggio Apennines, with a history of over 200 years. They began formal organic production in 2003 and started replanting indigenous vines in 2005, leading to higher quality products. The farm believes in maintaining natural balance, with organic practices used in vine cultivation and all other productions. Their unprocessed wines contain no added sulfites, reflecting the natural balance of the area detected in their wines.
