A little more about this bottle
Old vines, whole-cluster maceration and Mediterranean fruit — but the result is surprisingly polished. Around 9–12 days on the skins gives L’Orange texture without pushing it into the grippy end of orange wine.

Domaine de Courbissac
A German film producer started Courbissac, then Brunnhilde Claux arrived from Priorat and changed the script — bringing gentler extraction, whole-cluster work and a fresher style to old Minervois vines.
