A little more about this bottle
The name comes from Giuseppe’s grandfather, Don Pippinu, who first took him into these vineyards as a child. The vines sit 600–1,000 metres up Etna, many 60–80 years old, with just a few days of skin contact before a year in steel.

Vini Scirto
Giuseppe spent his childhood summers working these Etna vines with his grandfather. Years later, when many growers were selling vineyards, he and Valeria chose to keep theirs.
