๐Ÿ‘ƒ๐Ÿป: Fragrant white blooms, Soothing chamomile, Fresh herbal infusion

๐Ÿ‘… : Silky creaminess, Subtle bakery warmth, Unstoppable sip allure

๐Ÿด: Excellent as an aperitif, combined with fish and seafood starters.

Pet Nat, my affection! Galipette in the language of romance! Born from Semillon and Muscadelle grapes, this sparkling jewel is entirely sulfite-free. Uniting two Bordeaux minority grapes, they radiate as luminous stars in this refashioned delight. Fragile hints of white flowers, chamomile, and spring herbs compose a spirited bouquet, while the palate unfolds a creamy opulence with a subtle bready undertone. A wine so captivating that, once uncorked, the sipping becomes unstoppable, a seamless experience that unfolds unnoticed. Galipette is not just a wine; it's an affair of the senses, a cascade of flavors that beckons for an encore.

Vignobles Pueyo

Saint Emilion, Bordeaux. The Pueyo family has been actively involved in the world of winemaking for three centuries and has owned Chรขteau Belregard-Figeac since 1853, now passing into the fifth generation with Christophe at the helm.Their commitment to organic agriculture began in 2010, managing a vineyard spanning 16 hectares, with 7 located within the AOC Saint Emilion, including 1.5 hectares dedicated to white grapes. Since 2017, they have embraced biodynamic methods in vine cultivation, earning Ecocert certification. Maturation takes place in barriques, tonneaux, large barrels, and even a few amphorae.
With ten parcels across diverse terrains, from gravelly soils near Libourne to clay-silica-silt soils near Fronsac, and limestone-rich soils near Nรฉrigean, the source of the Cuvรฉe Blanc, Pueyo embodies the essence of its origin. Their wines skillfully balance fruitiness while allowing the distinctive terroir to shine through. In their bold execution, Pueyo maintains a steadfast commitment to stability in their wines.
