Grolle Noir comes from 40-year-old Grolleau Noir vines rooted in limestone soil. After a 12-day whole-cluster maceration, it shows a deep purple hue and a naturally vibrant aroma. The palate is generous yet fresh, lifted by bright acidity and fine tannins that will evolve beautifully over time. An honest, energetic red that speaks clearly of its place and soil.
