A little more about this bottle
Grolleau Noir from roughly 40-year-old vines spends 12 days macerating with stems. Deep purple in the glass, but the wine stays energetic and much softer than the colour suggests.

Cyril Le Moing
Cyril left Paris in the late 1990s, learned under Loire natural-wine pioneer Mark Angeli, and started his own tiny Anjou domaine in 2003. His story also has a strong Japanese chapter: he and Naomi married in Japan, and LeMoing TOKYO now brings his small-production wines to a dedicated following there.
