📍: Piedmont, Italy

👃🏻: Floral, dried herbs, citrus peel

👅 : Textured with light tannins, balanced and savoury

🍴: Roast chicken, grilled vegetables, spiced dishes

A structured orange wine made from Moscato, offering a more complex and gastronomic style.

Grapes undergo skin contact before fermentation in terracotta amphora, followed by ageing in amphora, developing texture and depth.

The wine shows floral aromatics layered with dried herbs and citrus peel, with a light tannic grip and a balanced, savoury finish.

A more serious expression of Moscato, suitable for food pairing and those exploring structured orange wines.

Cascina Elena

Cascina Elena is a small, artisanal winery founded in 2020 by Filippo, Peter, and Elaine. Located in a quiet, forest-surrounded area of Alta Langa, the vineyards sit at 420–530 metres above sea level.

The estate covers around 4.5 hectares, with a focus on biodiversity and minimal intervention farming. Vines include Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, Nebbiolo, and Moscato.

Philosophy
The approach is organic and low-intervention, working without chemical additives and avoiding heavy manipulation in the cellar. Wines are unfiltered and made to reflect each vintage honestly.

The goal is simple: to express the terroir in its most direct and transparent form.
