Trebbiano is a bold and untamed wine, fermented spontaneously with maceration on the skins for 90 days in amphorae. The resulting wine is intense and full-bodied with dominant notes of ripe yellow fruit. This Abruzzo example breaks the mold with its eclectic and honest flavors, and a label that reflects its purity. Trebbiano's rich and complex flavor profile makes it an excellent pairing for spicy Asian dishes, such as Thai green curry or Szechuan-style stir-fry.
