Cristiano Guttarolo is a renowned winemaker in Gioia del Colle, Bari. He took over his grandfather's farm in 2004 and started producing natural wines. Cristiano uses biodynamic methods and avoids copper and sulfur treatments to ensure his wines remain faithful to nature. The vineyards are grassed and the containers used are mainly amphoras. Cristiano cultivates white grapes such as Verdeca and Trebbiano, and reds including Primitivo, Negroamaro and Susumaniello. His dedication to natural winemaking has made him a symbol in the region.
