A little more about this bottle
Made from younger Nebbiolo vines, with spontaneous fermentation and around 20 days of maceration, then aged without wood. It’s Nebbiolo stripped back to fruit, freshness and structure.

After fifteen years consulting for other wineries, Alessandro Bovio finally worked out what he did not want to do. When his daughter was born in 2013, he stopped using synthetic chemicals and started building Le More Bianche around his own idea of precise, natural Roero wine.
