Fermentation occurs naturally in concrete. A blend of 50% Corvina, 30% Corvinone, and 20% Rondinella, it offers an intense, fruit-forward profile with hints of spice. With its warm, rich texture and vibrant red hues, this wine is lively, straightforward, and honest—showcasing the unique character of the land.
