Ironia
A structured Arneis with ripe pear, white flowers and jasmine, rounded by a short skin contact and a distinctly mineral finish.

A little more about this bottle
Ironia comes from Alessandro’s oldest Arneis vineyard, with vines around 40 years old. About 48 hours on the skins, fermentation in ceramic and terracotta, then six months in concrete and ceramic give it far more texture than a typical easy-drinking Arneis.

After fifteen years consulting for other wineries, Alessandro Bovio finally worked out what he did not want to do. When his daughter was born in 2013, he stopped using synthetic chemicals and started building Le More Bianche around his own idea of precise, natural Roero wine.
