Montesoro is an orange wine produced by Valli Unite winery in Piedmont. Made from a selection of old-vine Timorasso, the wine is macerated on the skins for two weeks and aged in large acacia barrels. It boasts coppery veins and a well-defined character with intense tannins and excellent persistence on the palate. The wine is a true expression of the territory with hints of ripe fruit.

Valli Unite

Valli Unite was born out of a dream in the 70s; three friends wanted to reconnect to their roots, toil the land and nurture livestock. As the project took shape, Valli Unite gradually grew not only in its farming and breeding, but also in its commitment to diet and lifestyle. Presently, Valli Unite is a sprawling hundred hectares of organic land, housing 30 families and offering various alternatives for a cooperative and alternate economy.
