Crafted through the classic method, Particella 128 features Spergola grapes from the youngest vines, undergoing a two-day skin contact at the onset of fermentation. Vinified in steel, it spontaneously undergoes refermentation in the bottle and is disgorged solely with the addition of wine, avoiding any extraneous elements. With enticing notes of flowers and citrus fruits, it embodies a character of freshness, simplicity, and pronounced minerality.
