Vinified in steel, it spontaneously undergoes refermentation in the bottle and is disgorged solely with the addition of wine, avoiding any extraneous elements. Cinque Campi

Cinque Campi is a family-owned farm managed by Vanni Nizzoli located in the foothills of the Reggio Apennines, with a history of over 200 years. They began formal organic production in 2003 and started replanting indigenous vines in 2005, leading to higher quality products. The farm believes in maintaining natural balance, with organic practices used in vine cultivation and all other productions. Their unprocessed wines contain no added sulfites, reflecting the natural balance of the area detected in their wines.
