A fusion of Cortese and Favorita, it's a dance between herbaceous and fruity notes, achieving a perfect equilibrium that will captivate your palate. Spontaneous fermentation and a 17-day maceration on the skins take place in an acacia vat, followed by a refined 12-month sojourn in the same container. The nose is graced with intense ripe fruit, coupled with sweet and spicy undertones. Valli Unite

Valli Unite was born out of a dream in the 70s; three friends wanted to reconnect to their roots, toil the land and nurture livestock. As the project took shape, Valli Unite gradually grew not only in its farming and breeding, but also in its commitment to diet and lifestyle. Presently, Valli Unite is a sprawling hundred hectares of organic land, housing 30 families and offering various alternatives for a cooperative and alternate economy.
