What is Low ABV Natural Wine?

Low ABV (Alcohol by Volume) wines are naturally lower in alcohol, usually sitting between 9% and 12%. Unlike industrial "dealcoholized" wines that use machines to strip out alcohol (and flavor), our selection is naturally light. Winemakers achieve this by harvesting grapes earlier to keep sugar levels low and acidity high, or by using grape varieties that are naturally lighter.
