Crafted through the classic method, Particella 128 features Spergola grapes from the youngest vines, undergoing a two-day skin contact at the onset of fermentation. Vinified in steel, it spontaneously undergoes refermentation in the bottle and is disgorged solely with the addition of wine, avoiding any extraneous elements. With enticing notes of flowers and citrus fruits, it embodies a character of freshness, simplicity, and pronounced minerality. Each sip encapsulates the essence of a meticulous process, culminating in a vibrant symphony of flavors. Cinque Campi

Cinque Campi is a family-owned farm managed by Vanni Nizzoli located in the foothills of the Reggio Apennines, with a history of over 200 years. They began formal organic production in 2003 and started replanting indigenous vines in 2005, leading to higher quality products. The farm believes in maintaining natural balance, with organic practices used in vine cultivation and all other productions. Their unprocessed wines contain no added sulfites, reflecting the natural balance of the area detected in their wines.

    Conventional wines can contain up to 350 parts per million sulfites, while the amount allowed in Natural wines hovers around 20 PPMS (parts-per millions).

    Commercial wineries can use up to 56 EU-approved additives (like toxic dimethyl dicarbonate) while our growers do not.
